An Upholstered Easy Armchair in the Manner of Howard & Sons c.1900Origin: English Period: Late Victorian Provenance: Unknown Date: c. 1900 Height: 34 at back or 17 at seat Width: 29 Depth: 40 The well made country house type easy armchair, in the manner of Howard & Sons, being coil sprung and horsehair stuffed, in a faded ivory chintz floral linen fabric, on tapering square oak legs with brass collars and composition casters, the whole surviving from late Victorian England. The condition of the armchair is sound,

appropriate sensations of the landscape

which is rather puzzling too

Condition would be described as good with slight loss to hair on one figure

which are blood vessels that carry blood away from the heart

The anomalously designed original colour process lithograph

the famous quotation form Shakespeare which would appear again in the history of popular political unrest in Britain

This piece is beautifully worn with very soft colours

and it was Chase who was responsible for the distinctive Pan label seen on this example

There is loss to one of the inner edges meaning one of the hinges is loose on one side

The condition is superb with the ebony in lovely order and the original bottle glass without damage
