You’ve under-slept

This program is designed to be used 18 weeks out from your Ranger School or Pre-Ranger start date

but can be easily modified by adding more base building weeks (beginning of the program)

**For use after Ranger School

Due to the higher volume we will not be rucking during this program

If you have not been consistently at 40+ miles per week for 6 months or more

or taking out the first four weeks if you’re in a time crunch

If you have not been consistently at 20-30 miles per week for 3-6 months

and is meant to be an additional resource

you will generally need to run 2 or 5 miles

This program will encompass all your strength and conditioning needs as a team

and sustained performance
