Early Navajo Ring with RaindropsSilver and Turquoise First quarter of the twentieth century Size 5 5. 25 (ever so slightly out of round) Face measures 3 4" by 5 8" Unsigned, as is common with these old pieces. Coin or higher in silver content. This beautiful Navajo ring features a large oval Turquoise that started life in a Robin's Egg Blue but through wear and enjoyment has transitioned to include varying shades of green. Beside the oval Turquoise are two stamped bars and two pairs

There is a very fine stray trail of glass that continues from the spiral motif at the neck onto the body of the piece

The silver plate shows a chiseled design radiating from the old-style bezel set green Turquoise stone

unlike the actual example shown on page 365 of the book Vittorio Zecchin: Transparent Glass for Cappellin and Venini by Barovier and Sonego that has subpar proportions
