The finish is warmly spiced with raisin and a gentle smokiness, evoking the essence of Scotlands rugged landscapes.

The natural character of cognac is preserved without any addition of wood

Serving suggestion - The liqueur will taste perfect slightly warmed

the same blend which was salvaged from charred casks from the fire in 1932

Palate - Toasting with notes of vanilla

and honey giving a pleasant taste

with fresh mint and golden brown caster sugar

This 8 year old is created from a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons along with a small quantity of Virgin Oak casks and red wine barriques

With a velvet mouth feel of coconut and spiced oak followed by a lingering fresh citrus flavour
