2023 Chablis, Bessin-Tremblay, BurgundyWith the miniscule production in 2024, the team decided to supplement their 2023 young vine Chablis wine with some fruit from a biodynamic grower. The supplier shares the philosophy of modest yields and low sulfur use in the winery. All the grapes were fermented and aged in tank. This is a gorgeous, classically honed Chablis with a mineral, saline feel and intense lemon fruit.
