Raum - Fantasy for Trombone and Chamber OrchestraFantasy for Trombone by Elizabeth Raum was written in 1981 as a Christmas present for her husband Richard Raum while they were both members of the Regina Symphony. Ms. Raum is a highly respected Canadian composer with a catalog of outstanding compositions, many featuring members of the brass family. Fantasy for Trombone and Chamber Orchestra is newly arranged by trombonist Jackson Howard which he premiered at the 2024 PRISMA Festival in Powell River

The tonality is indefinite with many harmonic changes

being accessible to moderately advanced to advanced performers
