Hewitson Ned & Henry's Shiraz 2023I have to say that I much prefer the more affordable offerings from Hewitson over their flagship wines. Raspberry jubes and blackberry mingle with some more meaty, spicy, dried herb flavours. Its medium bodied, and while theres plenty of sweet red fruit, theres savoury elements to temper it. It offers thickness, and some freshness, a light chew to tannin, and a little radicchio bitterness with a saline edge on a finish of solid length. Its a good

cool and airy aromas that are more from the dark side of the fruit spectrum
