Stretching the CurdOur Cheesemaking Courses are taking a break this year due to our cheesemaker being on Maternity Leave, check back in March 2027 when new timeslots will be added for the month of May 2027. Our pasta filata cheesemaking workshops are held in our dairy processing plant, every Saturday of Big Cheese Days during the month of May. All classes take place at The Golspie Dairy 455259 45th Line, Woodstock, ON, Canada. Please arrive 5 minutes early and enter
