Mountain Culture - Expression of Interest Experimental Hop NEIPA"Our first New Zealand experimental hop brew (Birds Aren't Real using NZH 102 for those playing along at home) was such a success, we're jumping on the experimental New Zealand hop train again, this time showcasing NZH 101. We've used it in a sessionable hazy IPA to allow for a full expression of the hop profile, and it gives complex citrus flavours with a hint of sticky dankness towards the end. We think this experimental hop is another lil ripper

featuring super ripe

5% alc/vol

and indeed for a delicious käsekuchen

honoring the man who made wheated bourbon legendary

with notes of red berries

fruity and refreshingly sour at the same time

This is kriek as it should be

We matured Saison du Blé in oak until it was ready

lines and orders the wine

No sulphur added / minimal sulphites
