Brash Higgins - SHZ Shiraz 2023 750ml"Made from 25 year old shiraz vines grown at the Organic Brash Higgins estate Omensetter Vineyard. 2023 in the Vale was a cool year with some tricky growing conditions. Vinted from hand selected fruit, partially direct pressed, the 2023 SHZ was comprised of 20% whole bunch fruit, and sent to open two ton fermenters for 3 weeks.
