Lady of the Sunshine Sauvignon Blanc Stolpman Vineyard 2024These vines are planted at high density, on their own roots in limestone soils at the Stolpman Vineyard that was recently certified Demeter biodynamic. The grapes were picked for natural acidity and foot tread to soak on the skins overnight before being whole bunch pressed the next morning.
