Willett Bourbon Pot Still Reserve 47% 1.75L47% 750ml CARAFE Handcrafted Kentucky Straight Bourbon using time honored methods in the art of distillation and using only limestone spring water, carefully selected grains, and secret strains of yeast. Aged in new white oak casks until fully mature and then bottled by hand in a beautiful pot still shaped bottle that is hand numbered.

It offers a nose with complex flavours

Our wine eau de vie is aged for at least eight years in French Oak ex-Cognac barrels before bottling

aged for 43 years in oak and bottled in April 2022 with a 49% ABV

which gives a note and a completely original character and is typical of our areas

very prominent while marrying perfectly with the green anise and the fennel which invade your mouth and settle down for an eternity
