E-Procurement is a web-based print production tool, initially designed as a tool to cope with the preparation of business cards. It has developed into a system that now generates a variety of different types of print collateral, and is always growing.

The system allows our clients, regardless of location, to manage their print requirements through an intuitive web portal. Using pre-set templates that are set to reflect their brand standards, clients can create their own business cards, letterheads, envelopes and any other pre-set stationery item / form loaded on the site that requires personalisation.

The system takes you through a simple step-by-step process of selecting the item you wish to order, adding details like name and title, proofing instantly on screen and allows you to save for future use or send to print. Authorisation levels can also be added if required.

e-warehousing

E-warehousing is our user-friendly online system used for ordering core print items held in stock in PCL Group’s warehouses. We warehouse these items for a wider range of clients who have a site, or a network of branches or stores that use these stock items on a daily basis. A site will order via the E-Warehousing web portal and the items will be picked, packed and despatched via the CourierPost network.

E-Warehousing has no geographical boundaries as it is operated via the internet, making remote and multi-branch access easily accessible 24/7. There are no client IT infrastructure requirements and the system is hardware and software independent.

The e-warehousing online ordering catalogue and reporting solution has been operating for over 15 years, and sets the standard in online procurement systems.
